Residential House Cleaning

We provide residential cleaning services for homes, apartments and townhouses on a scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We offer cleaning between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.  Some Saturday and holiday hours may be available. Our regular house cleaning services include, but are not limited to the following:

Cleaning Living Areas & Bedrooms

• General dusting
  
• Change or straighten bed linens
  
• Polish furniture
• Clean and shine all mirrors
• Remove cobwebs
  
• Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs
  
• Empty wastebaskets

Cleaning Bathrooms

• Clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out
  
• Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base
  
• Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile
  
• Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity
  
• Remove cobwebs
  
• Clean and disinfect floors
  
• Empty wastebaskets

Cleaning Kitchen

• Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces
  
• Clean and scrub sink
  
• Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs
  
• Clean microwave oven inside and out
  
• General cleaning of all horizontal surfaces: countertops, furniture
  
• Remove cobwebs
  
• Clean and disinfect floors
  
• Empty wastebaskets

Oven:

• Remove racks and clean inside with oven cleaner
  
• Remove burners on top of stove and clean with degreaser

• Dismantle and clean all drawers, shelves and racks
  
• Bleach and disinfect all parts; dry and reassemble

Move In / Out Cleaning

One-time cleanings consist of a thorough, overall cleaning that includes all elements of our regular cleanings plus:

• Clean and dust all baseboards
  
• Clean and dust window sills
  
• Clean interior windows
  
• Dust light fixtures
  
• Clean up garage
  
• $30 per hour - supplies included (4 hr. minimum)

Cleaning Rates

Perhaps the most important question prospective customers ask is, “How much do you charge?” Unfortunately, there's not an easy answer since every home is unique and we price our service according to your individual situation.  We take many factors into consideration such as: the size of your home, amount of cleaning needed, number and type of pets, surface types to be cleaned and the frequency of cleaning.

The table below lists representative costs per visit for “typical” homes, cleaning all of the areas outlined in our regular house cleaning.  However, a free estimate visit is the best way to get an exact price.
